DHL Service Connection in eTrack

Navigate in eTrack: Profile > Connected Services > Connect a new service > Shipping labels > Connect a courier > DHL

Follow the standard configuration steps:

Enter the Username, Password, and Subscription Key provided by DHL.

Click Test connection to verify connectivity with the DHL API.

After successful authentication, configure:

  • Pick-up location
  • Price table (if applicable)
  • Printer template
  • Sender client ID (if generating return AWBs)
  • Default service
  • Service name – e.g., DHL
  • Enable service – ON

Click Save.

Status Messages:

  • Connection successful – connection active

Connection denied – verify credentials and API user activation
