DPD Romania Connection and Usage in eTrack

Setup guide for DPD in eTrack: Learn to configure API credentials, use the test account, and integrate the DPD Pickup points (lockers) map directly into your Shopify store.

1. Verifying Access

To connect to the DPD API, request dedicated API credentials (Username and Password).

Ensure the user is API-enabled. Confirm this with your DPD Romania contact before configuration.

2. Configuring DPD in eTrack

Navigate to: eTrack > Profile > Connected Services > Connect a new service > Shipping labels > Connect a courier > DPD

Credentials

  • Username – from DPD Romania contract
  • Password – from DPD Romania contract

Connection Steps

Enter credentials. Test API connection.

After successful authentication, configure:

  • Pick-up location
  • Service name – recommended to match the Shopify courier name
  • Enable service – ON

Click Save.

Status Messages

  • ON – service active; AWBs can be generated
  • OFF – service not visible in the document generation popup

3. Pick-up Points

To integrate the DPD pick-up point map widget on your website:

Configure the Collect points / Lockers settings according to the dedicated eTrack setup instructions.

4. Test Account

For generating test AWBs, use the following credentials:

  • Username: 200900048
  • Password: 2161876682
