Fan Courier Connection and Usage in eTrack

Connect Fan Courier to eTrack with ease. Master the ID Client setup, choose between A5 and A6 (ePod) printer templates, and sync courier services with your Shopify checkout.

1. Verifying Access to the Fan Courier Service

Before connecting the service in eTrack, verify your credentials by logging into the Fan Courier SelfAWB platform.

Check your contract for your Client ID.

If the Client ID is missing or not functioning, contact your Fan Courier account representative to obtain the Client ID and ensure the user is activated.

If login is successful, the same credentials will be used to connect the service in eTrack.

2. Configuring the Fan Courier Service in eTrack

Navigate to:eTrack > Profile > Connected Services > Connect a new service > Shipping labels > Connect a courier > Fan Courier

Credentials

Authentication is performed using:

  • Client ID – from the Fan Courier contract
  • Username – from the contract
  • Password – from the contract

AWB and Printer Configuration

Printer template:

  • In eTrack: select A5
  • In SelfAWB: select 1 single label

For printing in A6 format, enable the ePod option during the first step of AWB generation (Courier tab).

3. eTrack-Specific Settings

Service Name

Represents the name under which the service appears in eTrack.

It is recommended to align it with the courier name configured in Shopify to enable automatic courier selection in the AWB generation popup.

Service Status

  • Active – Fan Courier AWBs can be generated
  • Inactive – the service will not appear in the document generation popup
